Great location and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The subway system was very close and there were tons of great places to eat just down the road.

very close to Chungmuro station, Namsan-Yejang bus terminal and Myeongdong area. Accessible and several mode of transportation are available 24x7. Staff was quick to help and very polite. Roomwas clean and big. We loved the centralized heating and in-room amenities. While its older than most hotels in Seoul, it was well-maintained and cleaning service was available daily. I hope they can install a bidet. :)

None. Our stay was very comfortable

I booked the two bedroom apartment. The main bedroom had a queen size bed and two single beds. The second room had a single bed. The apartment is very well sized. It was cleaned daily and we were given new water bottles every day. It was very convenient that it had its own washing machine and dryer however you will need to buy your own laundry powder. Although the dryer was in built in, clothes didn't dry 100% but there was a clothes airer that we used. There was air con in every room and I noticed it had floor heating available. Soap and shampoo/conditioner were provided. There is a hairdryer, safe, iron and ironing board available. Power outlets were international. Location was fantastic. It is about an 8 minute walk to Chungmuro station or a 10min walk to Myeongdong station. It was very close to Myeongdong area. There is a lower exit on 1F which takes you closer to the main road. The exit is near the police station, so it is very safe at night. There is a decent coffee shop close by that opens early.

I could hear footsteps above our apartment and scraping of chairs.

Very pleasant and helpful front desk. Location is excellent, quiet, convenient, nice neighbourhood, found my fav coffee shop, and restaurants which are reasonably priced and very good quality, away from the Myeongdong chaos.

It’s super close to myeongdong - one stop away. Near to hotel there the bus stop and the line 3 of subway. Every day clean room, towels, water.

I was very disappointed with the gym at Oriens Hotel & Residences. For a hotel that prides itself on offering comfort and convenience, the gym was a major letdown.The gym was incredibly small and had very limited equipment. There were 3? treadmills, a couple of outdated machines, and a few dumbbells. It wasn’t nearly enough for a proper workout, and the space was cramped, making it uncomfortable to use.

Location (close to the station, bus terminal & convenience stores), laundry, heat for the room & flooring from the cold temperature outdoors, spacious room for a family and lots of luggage space + area to dry our laundry.

Everything was great considering that it's my second time here, just a bigger room for more people. However, our TV wasn't working haha it took a day or two to fix as they had to bring in a technician – the staff at reception was friendly at least.

We are a family of 5 adults and all of us found the apartment/rooms spacious and clean. It's an apartment with a fully equipped kitchen - cooking stoves with pots, utensils and crockery, refrigerator, dining table for 6. Request for assistance was quickly attended to - washing machine had alot of lint (only discovered after running my laundry in the machine) and they sent someone and got it cleaned within the day. There was also a good-sized foldable laundry rack.The front desk staff could speak reasonably well and were very helpful. Special mention of the excellent service of a female front desk staff who works in the day shift.Location-wise, its a 10 to 15 minute walk to the main myeongdong shopping area and also to chungmuro train station.

The most convenient way (and commonly used way) to walk to myeongdong shopping area was through the basement entrance/exit which led to a back alley. Personally, I do not like to walk in back alleys, especially at night. And, the basement entrance/exit has a stale and musky smell.

The apartment was amazing, just like we imagined. a good fit for us a family of 4. the apartment was spacious the heater was functioning well the temperature inside was very cosy the hotel is near chungmuro station and very walking distance to namdemun and myeongdong a few halal restaurant around the hotel

i realised in the two hotels we stayed has no tea and coffee .

The air conditioning system was shut off due to cooler temperature, winter season. We were given desk fan instead.

very convenient hotel, with a washing machine inside. the hotel also had a radiator in case if it got too cold. furthermore, the hotel had a gym if you felt like waking up early in the morning

the room lighting was a bit too dim, making it feel kind of moody. not that much natural light coming from the window.

there was one bulb didn’t work and the bed sheet not really clean. in addition the hair dryer seem like almost broken, it made sound so noisy
